1. Acceptance of Terms

This website is operated by Humboldt Park Youth Baseball to provide information about the league, including registration, schedules, rules, announcements, and events. Access to the website is free; however, a registration fee is required for a child to participate in the league.
3. Eligibility and Registration
All player registrations must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. By registering a child, you confirm that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian and that all information provided is accurate and complete.
4. Registration Fees
Registration fees are required for participation in Humboldt Park Youth Baseball. Fees help cover league expenses such as uniforms, equipment, field permits, insurance, and administrative costs.
Unless otherwise stated in writing by the league, registration fees are non-refundable once the season begins.
5. Code of Conduct
Players, parents, guardians, coaches, volunteers, and spectators are expected to:
• Treat all participants, officials, and volunteers with respect
• Follow league rules and instructions from coaches and officials
• Promote good sportsmanship at all times
Unsportsmanlike, abusive, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
6. Discipline Policy
Humboldt Park Youth Baseball is committed to providing a safe, positive, and respectful environment for all participants.
The league reserves the right to take disciplinary action for violations of league rules or the Code of Conduct, including but not limited to:
• Verbal warnings
• Removal from a game or practice
• Suspension for one or more games
• Removal from the league without refund in severe or repeated cases
Disciplinary decisions may be made by league officials, board members, or coaches, depending on the situation. Physical violence, threats, harassment, discrimination, or repeated misconduct may result in immediate removal from league activities.
Parents and guardians are responsible for the behavior of their children and any guests they bring to league events.
7. Health and Safety
Participation in youth baseball involves physical activity and inherent risks. By registering a child, parents and guardians acknowledge and accept these risks and confirm that the child is physically able to participate.
8. Photos and Media
Humboldt Park Youth Baseball may take photographs or videos during games, practices, or events for promotional, educational, or informational purposes. By registering a child, you grant permission for such use unless you notify the league in writing.
9. Website Content and Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, logos, and images, is the property of Humboldt Park Youth Baseball or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
