Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy

All league registration fees are non-refundable.

Once a player is registered and payment is submitted, no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, schedule conflicts, injury, illness, player withdrawal, disciplinary removal, weather-related cancellations, team placement decisions, or dissatisfaction with coaching, playing time, or league operations.

Registration fees cover administrative costs, field rentals, uniforms, equipment, insurance, and staffing, many of which are incurred immediately upon registration.

Extreme Circumstances Exception (Prior to Season Start Only)
In the event of an extreme circumstance occurring before the season begins, the league may, at its sole discretion, review the situation on a case-by-case basis. Any decision to issue a refund is entirely up to league direction and is not guaranteed. Once the season has started, no refunds will be considered under any circumstances.

By registering a player, the parent/guardian acknowledges and agrees to this No Refund Policy in full.

No exceptions will be made outside of the conditions stated above.
